POSITION SUMMARY :
The Sales Specialist assists the marketing department in meeting all budget and occupancy expectations. The Sales Specialist also works closely with the Executive Director and Marketing team in the development and execution of the marketing plan in the community. Will ensure strong inquiry to tour, tour to deposit, and deposit to move-in conversions by using appropriate sales techniques, performing follow-up tasks, and supporting community being ‘tour ready’ at all times. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will provide training, guidance, and specific support to
various communities.
