What You’ll Do At Charter
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with leadership to shape short-term (1-3 year) functional objectives, aligning people strategy with business goals
- Organizational Design & Impact: Analyze business plans, assess people implications, and ensure organizational structure drives optimal results
- Influential Collaboration: Leverage broad HR networks and data-driven insights to influence key decisions and solve complex business challenges
- Talent Leadership: Design and implement integrated talent solutions to build a competitive advantage, including workforce planning and talent pipeline development
- Change & Communication: Drive effective employee communications and lead change management initiatives to minimize disruption and maximize alignment
- Strategic Talent Acquisition Partnership: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build and execute strategic recruiting plans
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize business intelligence and digital tools to inform strategic planning and decision-making
- Leadership Development & Coaching: Develop leaders, build talent pipelines, and coach team members to drive organizational capability
- Center of Excellence Partnership: Collaborate with Corporate Centers of Excellence to deliver a superior employee experience
- Director Level Talent Selection: Participate in the selection process for Director-level and up new hires and promotions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development, or related field
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, demonstrating a strong strategic and operational focus
- 3 years of supervisory experience, including development of HR Managers and HR Partners
- Proven ability to lead large-scale strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational change
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to present compelling arguments and navigate complex situations
- Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- SPHR Certification
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
