What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor, Laboratory Services - OLF position at CharterCARE Health Partners?
Summary: Under the general direction of the Director, Laboratory Services is responsible for the maintenance of the delivery of quality, cost-effective laboratory services in compliance with all regulatory and licensing standards. Manages day to day functions of the laboratory.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science. Master's Degree in similar fields strongly preferred. Proficient in the use of various software applications is required.
Licensure: MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP).
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a related clinical environment required. Management Experience preferred.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Generally normal office conditions and in various Laboratory Services, hospital clinical areas, various other patient care and related areas.
- Sits and stands for the majority of the day.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements for staff level positions in the department(s) as necessary.
- Some pushing and pulling of wheeled carts, occasional lifting frequently of 10 to 15 lbs.
- Occasional stress due to multiple demands of the position.
