IT Support Technician II - Remote & Field
Company: Chartered Technology
Type: Full Time (40 Hours / Week)
Office Location: Loveland, CO.
Service Area: From Loveland (south) to Wellington (north) to Greeley (east).
Travel: Travel is completed using the employee's personal vehicle and mileage is reimbursed at the federal mileage rate. The estimated average mileage is <250 miles per month.

This position involves providing on-site support at client locations in northern Colorado. This position is based out of our office in Loveland. Applicants outside of our service area will not be considered.
- Essential Skills & Requirements
- 2 years of hands-on commercial IT support experience.
- Familiar with computer networking, data cabling, and patch panels
- Spectacular Communication Skills
- Punctual
- Work as a member of a team to solve complex issues
- Current driver's license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Sit, stand, climb a ladder, drive & lift moderate to heavy equipment
- Minimum Education: Associate Degree in a related field
- Typical Job Duties
- Work within a ticketing system to track and document tasks (Connectwise Manage)
- Work independently and with our field and remote support team to solve on-site technical problems
- Set up, troubleshoot, configure, repair, and install new network and computer equipment
- Work with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues
- Service Area
- Northern Colorado, primarily Loveland & Fort Collins.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
