Job Title: Entry-Level Maintenance Electromechanical Technician – Manufacturing
Location: Shawano, Wisconsin

Job Description: We’re seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Electromechanical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment at our Aarrowcast Wisconsin facility. This role offers on-the-job training and career advancement in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all plant mechanical systems to ensure minimum downtime of plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
- Assist with repairs, inspections, and machine installations.
- Learn and follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout.
- Operate tools such as multimeters and hand tools.
Qualifications:
- Required: High school diploma, basic mechanical and maintenance aptitude, and the ability to work effectively with others
- Preferred: Associate degree or certification in a related field. Basic knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, machine installation, welding, and pipefitting.

Physical Requirements:
- Minimal climbing, foot use, and lifting from 10lbs to 120 lbs., work on ladders, and operate in a manufacturing environment. Occasional carrying, lifting to 60 lbs., hand use, pushing/pulling, reaching, sitting, below waist level work, complex neck/spinal motion, and walking. Constant standing.
