Charters Brothers is an established commercial Construction Manager based out of southern New Hampshire that’s been in business for over 19 years and continues to have steady, responsible, growth. We are currently seeking applications for Assistant Superintendents and have immediate needs on projects in either academic or multi-unit residential. Our geographical work area is typically within an hour / - commute from our headquarters targeting projects in New Hampshire, southern Maine, and northern Massachusetts.
Our Assistant Superintendents will take part in maintaining the project schedule, overseeing all aspects of daily onsite activities, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, overseeing quality control, and above all helping to maintain a safe working environment. This person should have completed at least an OSHA 10 training course, have a background in construction through education and / or experience, have good computer, communication, and organizational skills, and be a motivated, well-rounded individual.
