CharterUP is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing US-based team in Austin.What You'll Do
Own the design process for multiple product lines from ideation through to execution, making a direct impact on our growth.Conduct user research to deeply understand customer needs and pain points, and translate those insights into compelling design solutions.Design customer journey maps, personas, and wireframes to guide product development.Work closely with cross-functional teams-product managers, engineers, customer success, operations, and sales-to ensure design quality across all aspects.Leverage Figma to create beautiful, user-centered designs that ensure a seamless, intuitive experience.Present and justify your design decisions, using data and user feedback to make a clear case.Drive forward product strategy with innovative design thinking, influencing the direction of our product portfolio.Influence product strategy through thoughtful and innovative design thinking.What You'll Bring
5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a user-centered design approach.Proven ability to conduct and synthesize user research into actionable insights that inform design solutions.Expertise with Figma and other design tools.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Collaborative spirit-able to work seamlessly across teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.A problem-solving mindset that challenges assumptions and pushes design boundaries.Experience with JIRA and Confluence (nice-to-have but not essential).Recruiting Process
