">- Create an environment of exceptional member service that provides sound financial wellness advice
- Develop and build relationships with Chartway's member base through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Collaborate and communicate with the branch team and other departments to find solutions for members
- Easily transition between job functions and responsibilities within the branch to effectively respond to members' needs
- Represent Chartway positively in the community
- Efficiently perform member transactions and assist with new account establishment, personal financing, real estate lending, investment referrals, and small business deposit products
