Experience in a restaurant management role is a prerequisite. You'll need extensive knowledge of food, beverage, banquets, hospitality industries, and relevant Food Safety certifications. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, with a second language being a bonus. Regular use of computers, business equipment and software is expected.

- Managing all elements of Restaurant, Room Service, Banquets, and Lounge operations – from efficiency and guest experience to meeting financial goals.
- Building and leading high-performing, motivated, and talented teams. You’ll be the guiding force that creates a harmonious workplace, transforming conflicts into effective problem-solving, and enabling optimal guest experience.
- Keeping an eye on financial operations, overseeing multiple outlet budgets, forecasting, and delivering results that maximize revenue, optimize staff and supply management, and elevate guest experience.
- Using your creativity to create and manage head-turning promotions and presentations that capture both in-house guests and the local market, taking the guest experience to another level.
