Black Fox Lodge, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton property, is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to help oversee our dynamic dining operations. If you're a hospitality professional with a passion for excellent service and leadership, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support the restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
• Ensure top-tier guest experiences through exceptional service and team leadership.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain Hilton and Black Fox Lodge standards.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to drive efficiency and guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in food and beverage leadership preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
