Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employee meetings, performance reviews, and training programs to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local, state, and federal laws, maintaining a safe and professional environment.
- Maintain food quality standards while optimizing food costs, contributing to the financial success of the operation.
- .Build and sustain strong relationships with staff, clients, guests, and other departments, acting as a trusted leader and partner.
- Oversee financial reporting, including sales reports, P&L statements, and budget adherence.
- Analyze trends in financial data and adjust strategies to ensure the continued success of dining services
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and operational controls to ensure a streamlined and efficient process.
- Collaborate with chefs to plan innovative, delicious, and health-conscious menus.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and proper food storage protocols to maintain a safe dining environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
- Five years of foodservice operation experience.
- High volume production and catering experience is essential.
- Previous experience managing a budget.
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.
