Job Summary
This is a Great Opportunity to join a great company. We are seeking a growth minded Chef Manager for our growing business at the University of Ohio - Toledo. In this role as a Chef Manager , you will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operations at a university dining account.
Salary Range : $50,000 - 55,000
Key Responsibilities
- Provide culinary management including associate training, scheduling, and development.
- Participate in menu development, inventory ordering, and controls.
- Contribute to financial accountability through effective food and labor costing.
- Lead and mentor staff.
- Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and using local food products.
- Possesses a passion for sustainability and allergen controls.
