Your Role :
As a District Manager, you will oversee multiple food service accounts across Texas, requiring regular travel . Your leadership will directly impact operations, client relationships, and business growth. Ideally, you reside in Northern Texas to optimize travel efficiency.
What Youll Do :
Lead & Inspire : Motivate on-site teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Build Strategic Partnerships : Foster strong client relationships and drive key performance indicators, including profitability, engagement, and safety.
Drive Innovation & Growth : Leverage Compass Groups industry-leading tools to enhance service and ensure long-term client retention.
Strategize for Success : Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client needs and company objectives.
