Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team at Chas. G. Allen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection processes. This role is essential in maintaining compliance with FDA regulations and supporting our commitment to quality management within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines to gather accurate data for analysis.
- Document findings and maintain records of quality control activities, including data collection and reporting.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality systems and processes.
- Assist in the fabrication of test samples as needed for various quality assessments.
- Ensure adherence to QA/QC protocols and FDA regulations throughout all testing procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
Skills
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices, including QA/QC methodologies.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines.
- Experience with data collection techniques and analysis for quality assurance purposes.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations related to product safety and quality standards.
- Ability to fabricate test samples accurately according to specified requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting findings and collaborating with team members.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
