Base Salary Range: $224,009-$328,965 USD Annually
Salary is determined based on applicable experience and education. External offers typically do not exceed the mid-point of the pay range.

Purpose of Job:
Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by providing clinic leadership to ensure quality patient care and financial viability as follows:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides supervision of assigned providers to include:
- Assessment of clinical skills and appropriateness of care via chart review and observation.
- Assessment of interpersonal relations with peers, supervisors, and co-workers.
- Development of continuing education plans, ensuring completion of needed training; and is responsible for timely performance evaluations of assigned staff.
- Identifies and resolves performance issues to include written documentation of performance improvement plan and follow through on plan.
- Orientation and training.
- Leads necessary meetings to include presentation, agendas, and notes.
- Creates, maintains and promotes positive staff relations and efficient patient care.
- Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
- Acts as champion of the electronic health record through efficient and effective use of system.
- Assists Clinic Administrator in resolving patient issues.
- May act as subject matter expert consultant to clinical leadership and programs in area of expertise.
- Participates in recruitment efforts, as needed.
- Coordinates and/or participates in staff in-service training, as directed.
- Works with providers and support team to develop and implement clinical and operational strategies.
- Participates in lead provider meetings and shares information between Chief Clinical Officer and provider team.
- Performs other duties assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: As per Physician, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Dentist job descriptions. Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
Skills: In addition to clinical job description, team building/leadership skills including conflict management, training and supervision required. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills required. Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization required. Excellent organization and follow-up skills required. Ability to work under tight time constraints, handle high stress and changing priorities required. Extensive computer skills required. Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required. Valid driver’s license and insurance required.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, use vision, stand, sit and be mobile. The employee will use hands to finger, handle or feel. Communicating occurs constantly throughout the day. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
