Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Starts Coordinator to manage starts and change orders for various builders within our scheduling department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pulling required paperwork/information from various builder websites and compiling it into comprehensive start packets for processing. They will also maintain logs, check purchase orders (POs), and ensure proper documentation is entered into our internal system. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and the flexibility to assist in other areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull starts and change orders from builder websites (excluding Supply Pro), and create start packets that include all necessary documentation (starts, POs, mini orders, plots, etc).
- Log all new starts into the Chaos system, assigning job numbers accordingly.
- Pull change orders from builder websites and attach existing job numbers.
- Review POs to confirm jobs have been entered into Chaos, and send them to accounting for processing.
- Process starts and change orders for Taylor Morrison from Hyphen Solutions.
- Process starts and change orders from various builders and websites as necessary.
- Provide support to other department areas as required.
