Location: Secaucus, NJ
Hours: 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Front Office Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service, managing the front office area, and offering administrative support across the firm.
Position Summary:
As a Front Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office while providing exceptional client service. Your primary responsibility will be to create a professional, welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff. You will interact with clients and colleagues, helping build and maintain strong relationships, all while overseeing the daily administrative functions of the front office. Your contributions will be critical in maintaining the flow of daily operations, supporting the firm’s high standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, dependable, and service-driven individual who understands the importance of maintaining professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
Exceptional Client Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and visitors.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to engage effectively with clients and staff.
Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and accountable with a strong sense of responsibility.
Organizational Skills: Highly proactive, organized, and resourceful with the ability to prioritize, schedule, and multitask effectively.
Positive Attitude: Must be friendly, professional, and maintain a positive demeanor even in high-pressure situations.
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical reception skills, including experience with telephone systems, printers, copiers, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Discretion and Judgment: Ability to exercise discretion and utilize sound judgment when handling sensitive information and making decisions.
Previous Front Desk / Receptionist experience a PLUS
