Our client is a leading supplier of flexible packaging solutions focused on sustainability, innovation and customer-centric service. They’re are eager to find a Marketing Communications Specialist who is a creative go-getter and not afraid to take initiative to join their team.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan, organize, and execute the company's presence at industry trade shows and events
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows and events as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution
- Create event schedules, manage budgets, and track ROI for trade show participation.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and marketing projects as well as managing timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities and prepare reports for leadership
What we are looking for:
- Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in marketing, trade show event coordination, or related roles, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design
- Solid experience with project management skills and tools such as Basecamp, Asana, Monday.om, Trello or Jira. Microsoft Dynamics Marketing Automation is a plus
