We are working with a leader in blown and cast film extrusion for packaging applications. They are seeking a Plant Manager to facilitate a large a growing operation in Co-extruded Blown Film.
This is a large facility on a greater campus in the Lexington OH area. There are substantial resources to help support finance, engineering and maintenance. This facility will be undergoing significant capital expansion over the next few years. Ideally, the best candidate will have blown film experience as well as experience leading CAP X projects.

4 year degree
People first leadership mentality
High speed, 24 / 7 continuous manufacturing
Plastic Extrusion Technology - Blown film highly preferred.
Experience managing a plant with P&L responsibility
Experience working in a Shared Services environment
