Key Responsibilitie

• s:Lead and mentor the finance team, bringing transparency and streamlining processes in Finance, Accounting, and Treasur
• y.Ability to develop and manage a 2 to 5-year financial forecast, ensuring alignment with business goals and identifying potential risk
• s.Serve as a strategic business partner with executive leadership, providing insights into financial performance and future directio
• n.Manage the implementation of ERP systems and lead change management effort
• s.Identify potential internal successors, address talent gaps, and foster a high-performance cultur
• e.Clearly communicate financial performance and future projections to family ownership, ensuring they understand the “story” behind the number
• s.Oversee CapEx projects, ensuring effective management of capital expenditure
• s.Assess financial deals for potential long-term risks and ensure no future surprise
