Responsibilities

Greeting and Welcoming : Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome.

Communication : Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

Support : Provide administrative assistance to the team, ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly.

Data Entry : Accurately input and update client and company information in our database, ensuring all records are current and correct.

Requirement

Experience : Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills : Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Technology : Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and telephone systems.

Customer-Oriented : Display a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.

Problem Solving : Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.

Educational Background : A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
