You mentor and guide members of the account team, helping them grow and succeed. You collaborate with team members to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and exceed expectations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing agency experience, managing multiple clients and projects.
- Proven expertise in client relations, including retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Experience mentoring and collaborating with account teams to ensure success.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to new business efforts, including supporting pitches and proposals.
- Strong strategic, organizational, and communication skills, with experience building and presenting decks to clients.
- Ability to work on-site 3–5 days per week near Thanksgiving Point.
