Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and tidy manner.
- Assist with reservations via phone systems and online platforms while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to enhance their experience.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing personalized service tailored to individual needs.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
