What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Technician position at Chase IT Global?
Location is 5008 Airport Rd NW | Roanoke, VA 24012.
Schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM EST with one hour lunch break and days are Monday to Friday.
We are looking to fill this position ASAP, all the candidates will go though an interview with the client.

· Basic understanding of Laptop and Desktop
· Basic process understanding of onsite user support and Conference Room Support
· Can follow operating documents for maintaining PC and Laptops
· Basic understanding of Distribution Center Support
· Basic understanding in handling printers and other peripheral devices
· Providing first and second tier coordination for technical matters within the Support and across the Enterprise
· while managing third tier support escalations as needed.
· Coordination with support groups for applications during major issues
· Handle multiple internal support teams and application vendors for problem resolution
· Able to follow orders and assist in software, application, and hardware support for the local and remote users
· Maintain strong working relationship with internal support teams and application vendors
· Knowledge in document creation and log incidents using ticketing system for metric and performance-based reporting.
· Basic understanding ticket routing to right team process for quick solution
· Experience in Multi Team co-ordination from different region
· Ability to interact and work effectively across different stakeholders with less supervision
