Job Summary

Assists the Director of Engineering closely maintaining the various processes.

Inputs and reviews testing results of finished products to ensure that products meet specified customer and Harimatec requirements. Prepares COA documentation. Prepares and maintains Inventory spreadsheet and other documents related to the production. Maintains all external COA and creates all documents for incoming materials and products.
General Accountabilities
l Manage Harimatec quality control activities.
l Maintains ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 documentation and implement Operations.
l Serves as a primary liaison to auditors as it relates to ISO.
l Serves as a liaison to all external interested parties with Engineering Director.
l Manages the ISO project and compliance direct to the next level management on requirements and duties.
l Maintains quality management system and environment management documentation.
l Maintains documents and procedures for QA/QC.
l Maintains Government Requirements and other legal requirements.
l Generates and maintain the documents required by law.
l Inputs and reviews testing records for finished products to ensure that products meet specified customer and Harimatec requirement.
l Prepares certificate of analysis for the products to be shipped.
l Provides and or recommends necessary training for all employees.
l Prepares all incoming paperwork for receiving, also maintains incoming documents.
l Schedules and conducts the Compliance evaluation with Georgia Tech.
l Inputs and maintains all incoming raw materials into various documents for accounting, Engineering Director, and the President.
l Ad hoc reporting daily/weekly/monthly as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Technical/Science degree is preferable.
- QA/QC hands on experience
- Experience: 2 - 5 years of related experience
Skills
· Data analyzing and interpretation capabilities.
· Strong Excel background is necessary.
· Computer: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Excellent verbal and written communication
