Production Shift Lead

Chase Staffing is looking for an experienced Production Shift-Lead to oversee our production

operations. By monitoring employees and organizing workflows, you’ll guarantee that manufacturing

remains a smooth and efficient process.

Shift-Lead work shifts and are responsible for one shift's entire staff and work.

The Shift-Lead reports to the Shift Supervisor / Production Manager and oversees the duties of the

production area, including shared accountability of a specific portion of an operations function. Shift-

Lead is responsible for managing labor on the shift, monitoring Machine Operator performance, and

maintaining training records according to the company’s policies and procedures. They participate in

problem-solving, associate engagement, and addressing issues on the line. The lead operator must be

able to perform all machine Operator duties as required.

In a fast-paced environment like production, the Shift-Lead is an integral part of the manufacturing

process. Shift-Lead must be competent and comprehend complex operations. Shift-Lead should also be

able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing costs.

Production Shift-Lead ensures all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring

how employees organize their workflows. A Production Supervisor is integral in a fast-paced production

environment.
