Employee is responsible for gathering, bundling, and staking products according to job traveler specifications while ensuring quality standards are met.
This position requires the ability to move between multiple machines, inspect products for accuracy, and troubleshoot minor machine issues. The Bundler plays a key role in maintaining production flow and supporting overall operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Read and interpret job travelers to determine job requirements.
Gather materials according to the Bill of Materials (B.O.M.) listed on the traveler.
Move between multiple machines to tape and bundle products efficiently.
Change out machine nests to accommodate different product sizes and specifications.
Inspect staked products to ensure proper depth and cable length, adhering to quality standards.
Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues to maintain workflow.
Follow daily production schedules and meet output goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with company safety policies.
Assist coworkers as needed to support production goals and team efficiency.
Willingness to train on rotary machines to expand skill set and support operations.
Qualifications & Skills :
Ability to read and follow job travelers and B.O.M. requirements.
Basic mechanical aptitude to perform machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
Ability to move between multiple workstations efficiently.
Good organizational skills and ability to follow production schedules.
Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company guidelines.
Work Environment :
Manufacturing setting with exposure to moving machinery.
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching.
Use of hand tools and machine adjustments as needed.
