Chase Staffing is looking for an experienced Staffing Specialist for Roanoke, VA!

This position will pay $40,000 - $45,000 / Year plus Commission

• Manages the day-to-day operations of a flexible workforce.
• Daily responsibilities include recruiting, retention, and developing the flexible workforce staff, resulting in increased productivity and decreased costs for the clients.
• Reduce turnover and increase retention.
• Consistently executes the branch action plan to ensure the quality of CHASE services to the client.
• Ensures adequate staffing to cover day-to-day needs.
• Conducts daily contact with clients to maintain “top of the mind” knowledge of the client’s business, current opportunities and challenges, and workforce requirements.
• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting, including clients and CHASE Professionals Management reports, and Payroll.
• Determines scheduling needs based on project management requirements.
• Stays abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
• Undertakes any other tasks as determined by Management

Qualifications :

Flexible, able to juggle multiple priorities

Recruiting / Human Resources Background Required

Strong customer service focus

Must have own automobile, carry a valid state driver’s license and have proper automobile insurance coverage for the vehicle.
