What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Chase Technical?
We are seeking a Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Schaumburg Corporate office, operating Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Process quotations and sales orders, manage purchase orders and confirm ship dates and pricing.
- Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Handle inbound phone calls and queries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, collaborating with internal departments to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Participate in rotational Saturday shifts as required.
What We Need from You:
- Previous experience in a customer service or related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotational Saturdays.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
