Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Electronic Assembler to join our production team in Wood Dale, IL . The ideal candidate will have experience assembling electronic components, following work instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met. This is a full-time, 1st shift position offering competitive pay and a great work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Assemble electronic components and products according to schematics and instructions.
Solder and wire components as required.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
Test and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
Maintain detailed records of work completed and report any defects or issues.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in electronic assembly preferred but not required; on-the-job training available.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
Basic soldering skills are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
