Job Summary :
We are currently seeking skilled Welders and Mechanical Assemblers to join our team in Itasca, IL . These positions require individuals with strong technical abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to follow blueprints and engineering specifications. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring high-quality fabrication, assembly, and welding processes to meet production and customer requirements.
Welder Responsibilities :
Fabricate and manufacture metal parts according to specifications.
Follow blueprints to ensure precise dimensions and structural integrity.
Produce strong, clean welds using TIG welding and other welding methods.
Test finished welds to ensure strength, tolerance, and adherence to quality standards.
Use grinding, finishing, and metal fabricating techniques as needed.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Welder Qualifications :
Prior experience in welding, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in TIG welding and familiarity with metal fabrication tools.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret welding symbols.
Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift heavy materials as required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities :
Assemble mechanical parts and equipment based on engineering blueprints and specifications.
Ensure all parts and assemblies meet quality and design requirements.
Utilize mechanical and technical skills to build machinery and equipment.
Work with components such as motors, gearboxes, and belt systems.
Follow all manufacturing and safety procedures.
Assist with order preparation and shipping when necessary.
Mechanical Assembler Qualifications :
Experience in machine and equipment assembly.
Ability to read and understand machine and assembly drawings.
Strong mechanical and technical skills, particularly in machinery building.
Knowledge of drive components, motors, and gearboxes.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

1st shift schedule (6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM, Monday – Friday) .
