(CMI), we design and build custom metal fabricated projects and the Scrusher boot and shoe cleaners. Our work involves welding, laser cutting, forming and bending, assembly, and painting. Located in Coon Valley, WI, our workdays and hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM CST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate metal components and assemble Scrusher boot and shoe cleaners.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Perform manual labor with strong manual dexterity.
- Lift up to 40 lbs overhead.
- Work well within a small team of dedicated co-workers.
- Communicate corrections and improvements effectively with the team.
- Maintain organization and strong attention to detail.
- Perform other company functions as needed.
- Training will be provided.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Prior fabricating experience is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Strong math skills, including measurement calculations.
