A law clerk supports an attorney and ensures the client’s legal file contains all of the information necessary to fully protect the rights of our clients and to secure the maximum amount of compensation for them.

At the direction of an attorney, law clerk duties include:

· Researching, analyzing, and studying legal documents to investigate facts and law of cases

· Determining causes of action

· Preparing pleadings, affidavits and other legal documents

· Maintaining case files

· Drafting of briefs or arguments for review and use of the attorney

The wage range for a Law Clerk is $25.40 – $28.00 per hour. Hours are flexible and are based on the applicant’s availability. Must be currently enrolled in law school.
