Job Title – Admin Assistants
Location: Atlantic City, NJ – Onsite
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr on W2
Duration: 4-5 Months
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide vital support to MGM Resorts’ Employment Processing Center. This role involves assisting candidates with pre-employment processing and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and gaming regulations. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong communication and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Hire Onboarding Support:
- Schedule and coordinate new hire orientation sessions
- Communicate confirmations and instructions to new hires
- Pre-Processing Audits:
- Conduct audits before new hire processing
- Ensure all documents and requirements are in place
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Process I-9 forms, WOTC documentation, and Gaming Control Board requirements
- Respond to I-9 audit queries and compliance requests from Corporate
- Administrative Support:
- Provide phone and computer-based assistance to candidates
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding process
- General office and admin support as needed
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in HR administration or onboarding support is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
