Job Title : Senior Corporate Operational Excellence (OPEX) Engineer
Duration : Full-time role
Location : Remote
Travel : Extensive 70% (There will be lots of Travel)
Position Overview :
The Senior Corporate OPEX Engineer will lead and execute cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, installation, service, distribution, and administrative processes. This role requires a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt-certified professional with at least 10 years of experience in operational excellence, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement corporate strategies to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct process analysis, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements using LEAN Six Sigma and Toyota Production Systems (TPS) methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in improvement projects and mentor team members in continuous improvement principles.
- Deliver training on TPS culture and LEAN Six Sigma tools to promote operational excellence.
- Monitor progress through KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Standardize processes and disseminate best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership to align initiatives with strategic objectives and support change management efforts.
