Mail Processing Specialist – IM Mailroom Shift B
Location: Jefferson City, MO
Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Shift B)
Pay: $15 per hour 10% Shift Differential

We are seeking a Mail Processing Specialist to join our team. This role involves processing incoming and outgoing mail, preparing documents for scanning, and ensuring efficient mailroom operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Sort, open, and prepare mail for processing.
- Print and prepare documents for outbound mailing.
- Organize and scan documents, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Operate mailroom equipment, including letter openers, sorters, shredders, postage meters, and scanners.
- Report any equipment malfunctions to the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in mail processing, clerical, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
