Job Title: Material Coordinator II

Location: Odessa, TX,

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-call every 3 weeks)

Contract Length: 6 months with potential for full-time conversion

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Material Coordinator II to join our operations team. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate movement, storage, and tracking of materials and inventory. This role involves hands-on warehouse operations and will require regular use of ERP systems, especially SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the movement of materials between vendors, warehouse, and field locations.
• Manage goods receipts and issues in SAP to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor physical yard capacity and facilitate proper placement of inventory.
• Support the chemical transfer process into appropriate vessels as per customer demand.
• Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory and sales orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with vendors, logistics teams, and internal departments for operational efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Lift truck certification and handheld scanner experience
