ASC Staffing Group is looking to hire Receiving Personnel for a distribution center of medical devices. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming products. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment.
Duties
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move products within the warehouse.
- Organize and store received items in designated locations.
- Assist with order fulfillment processes, including order picking and packing for e-commerce shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using MRP systems.
- Perform basic math calculations to verify quantities and measurements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of incoming goods.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements
Position: Receiving Personnel
Requirements:
- 5 years of warehouse experience
- 1-5 years of forklift experience
- 1-5 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word
- SAP experience preferred, but we will train in this area.
- Physically fit to be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Consistently over an 8-hour period. As well as load and unload LTL’s and FTL’s, and containers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good basic math skills
Shift:
Monday -Friday
6am-2:30pm
Pay rate $ 19.50
