The ideal candidate will be familiar with the construction industry and be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Similar experience with the following responsibilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and coordinating growth and development processes
• Work closely with the People and Culture team
• Coordinate Growth Development Annual Reviews - Work closely with Business Unit Leaders, General Superintendents, and Department Leads to plan Growth Development Reviews. This includes helping track and push teammates goals forward throughout the year.
• New Teammate Onboarding - Be a friendly face on our teammates onboarding journey! Coordinate first week activities with Business Unit Leaders, General Superintendents, and Department Leads, gather custom onboarding gear, and maintain a relationship with new teammates by checking in and providing resources.
• Recruiting Champion - Work alongside our recruiting team to keep track of potential candidates, coordinate interviews, manage follow-ups, review resumes, and manage our recruiting database.
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Review resumes and conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Update candidate database regularly

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
