We are a fast-growing, multi-unit property management and investment company seeking an experienced In-House Contractor Manager to oversee and coordinate maintenance and renovation projects across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and internal repair crews
- Plan and schedule repairs, renovations, and capital improvements
- Ensure quality control, safety, and project timelines are met
- Maintain inventory of materials and tools
- Communicate with property managers and leadership to track progress and needs
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or contractor supervision
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial maintenance or remodeling
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Hands-on skills and the ability to assist with repairs when needed
