We are a well-established multi-unit property management and investment company seeking a skilled Roofing Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading roofing projects across both commercial and residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site roofing crews
- Oversee all phases of roofing projects from start to finish
- Ensure safety compliance and high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with property management and tenants as needed
- Handle materials and coordinate equipment on job sites
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in roofing (10 years preferred)
- Experience in both Commercial and Residential roofing
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Roofing equipment preferred (but not required)
- Strong work ethic and ability to lead a team
