Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and business development, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise in negotiation and market analysis will be essential in identifying opportunities for expansion and success.

Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage leads, and analyze sales performance.
- Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights for management review.
- Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.

Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably within technology sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing accounts and sales processes.
- Excellent business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities in the market.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration among peers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
