Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care within the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and safety.
- Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance your clinical skills.
- Maintain necessary certifications and licensure in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Valid FL RN license or appropriate compact licensure.
- Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- ACLS & PALS/ENPC certifications preferred (to be obtained within 6 months of hire).
- TNCC and NIHSS certifications preferred (to be obtained within 6 months of hire).
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training preferred (to be obtained within 6 months of hire).
- CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) certification to be obtained within 6 months of new hire or qualification eligibility (minimum one year of ER experience).
- Minimum of one year of experience in an Emergency Department setting is preferred.
- Educational background: Nursing Diploma or ASN; a BSN is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary range of \(30 - \)42 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Night shift differential of \(4.50 and weekend differential of \)2.00.
- Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates with at least one year of acute care experience.
- Relocation assistance available, subject to distance and approval by HRVP.
