- Gather comprehensive and pertinent data regarding the patient’s health and situation.
- Analyze assessment data to identify diagnoses or issues impacting patient care.
- Establish expected outcomes for an individualized care plan tailored to each patient.
- Formulate a plan with various strategies and alternatives to achieve desired outcomes.
- Assess progress toward the attainment of proposed outcomes.
- Continuously enhance the quality and efficacy of nursing practices.
- Maintain knowledge and competency reflective of contemporary nursing practices.
- Engage with colleagues and contribute to the professional development of peers.
- Collaborate ethically with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

- Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Labor and Delivery setting within an acute care environment.

- Sign-on bonus of $15,000.
- Night shift differential of $4 per hour.
