- Engage in the comprehensive training program tailored for new RNs.
- Achieve essential certifications including BLS, ACLS, CPI, EKG, NIH Stroke Scale, and Meditech Modules.
- Attend all mandatory seminars and training sessions throughout the residency program.
- Collaborate closely with a preceptor to enhance clinical competencies.
- Actively participate in patient care while upholding high standards of practice.
- Commit to a minimum two-year tenure post-completion of the program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Sign-on bonus of $10,000 contingent upon a two-year commitment.
- Relocation assistance may be provided on a case-by-case basis for out-of-state candidates.
- Competitive salary range:
- Med/Surg & PCU: $29.81 per hour
- ICU: $30.94 per hour
- Specialty: $32.79 per hour
- Additional compensation may be considered for candidates with relevant prior experience as LPNs, CNAs, EMT/Paramedics, or RTs.
