Join our esteemed RN New Grad Program, designed to provide recent nursing graduates with a comprehensive and structured training experience. This program offers a sequential schedule typically consisting of Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend shifts during holiday periods. The preceptorship component incorporates three 12-hour shifts each week, along with weekend commitments as per the preceptor's timetable.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in the RN New Grad Program.
• Engage in the clinical preceptorship and hands-on training.
• Complete all required certifications, including BLS, ACLS, CPI, EKG, NIH Stroke Scale, and Meditech Modules.
• Attend resident seminars aimed at professional growth.
• Conduct an evidence-based poster presentation.
• Develop essential skills for Charge Nurse and Preceptor roles.
  
  

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program within the last 12 months.
• Maximum of 6 months of RN experience, preferably less than 2 months in a hospital setting.
• Possession of a current Florida RN license prior to the program’s commencement or appropriate compact licensure, with an active Florida RN license required within 90 days of hire for compact license holders.
• Prior experience in the medical or service sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong self-motivation and communication skills are necessary.

• Compensation structured as follows:
• Med/Surg & PCU: $29.81
• ICU: $30.94
• Specialty: $32.79
• Sign-on bonus of $10,000 with a two-year commitment.
