Key Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in the RN New Grad Program.
- Engage in the clinical preceptorship and hands-on training.
- Complete all required certifications, including BLS, ACLS, CPI, EKG, NIH Stroke Scale, and Meditech Modules.
- Attend resident seminars aimed at professional growth.
- Conduct an evidence-based poster presentation.
- Develop essential skills for Charge Nurse and Preceptor roles.
- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program within the last 12 months.
- Maximum of 6 months of RN experience, preferably less than 2 months in a hospital setting.
- Possession of a current Florida RN license prior to the program’s commencement or appropriate compact licensure, with an active Florida RN license required within 90 days of hire for compact license holders.
- Prior experience in the medical or service sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong self-motivation and communication skills are necessary.
