Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to a structured schedule that typically entails Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, amounting to 40 hours weekly, with possible weekend shifts during holiday periods.
- Engage in a preceptorship that involves three 12-hour shifts per week, aligning with the preceptor's schedule.
- Achieve critical certifications including BLS, ACLS, CPI, EKG, NIH Stroke Scale, and Meditech Modules.
- Attend all program sessions, as attendance is mandatory.
- Commit to a minimum two-year, full-time employment with the hospital post-program acceptance.
- Participate in professional development initiatives, including mentorship, seminars, and completion of an evidence-based poster presentation.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning.

- Recent graduation from an accredited nursing program within the last 12 months.
