- Attend mandatory training sessions for the duration of the program.
- Participate in a structured preceptorship consisting of three 12-hour shifts weekly, adapting to the schedule of your assigned preceptor.
- Actively engage in resident seminars focused on professional development.

- Complete an evidence-based poster presentation to showcase your learning and research.

- Previous experience in a medical or service-oriented role is highly desirable but not mandatory.
