Join our esteemed RN New Grad Program, designed to provide recent nursing graduates with exceptional training and supportive mentorship as they embark on their healthcare careers. This program will enable you to integrate into our professional nursing culture while receiving hands-on experience and essential certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend mandatory training sessions for the duration of the program.
• Participate in a structured preceptorship consisting of three 12-hour shifts weekly, adapting to the schedule of your assigned preceptor.
• Actively engage in resident seminars focused on professional development.
• Collaborate with mentors to enhance your nursing skills and gain valuable insights into the healthcare environment.
• Complete an evidence-based poster presentation to showcase your learning and research.
• Cultivate the abilities required for Charge Nurse and Preceptor roles.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program within the last 12 months.
• Limited to no more than 6 months of RN experience, ideally less than 2 months in a hospital setting.
• Current Florida RN license required prior to program commencement, or applicable compact licensure with an active Florida RN license required within 90 days of hire.
• Previous experience in a medical or service-oriented role is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive salary for Med/Surg & PCU: \(29.81, ICU: \)30.94, Specialty: $32.79.
• Sign-on bonus of $10,000, contingent on a two-year commitment to the organization.
