Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, providing proactive support and expert guidance.
✅ Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carriers.
✅ Handle renewals, endorsements, claims assistance, and policy reviews.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy servicing.
Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Previous experience in commercial insurance account management or a related field.
✔️ Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies and risk management principles.
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ Ability to analyze client needs and provide strategic solutions.
✔️ Proficiency in AMS360
✔️ Property and Casualty license
