About the Role
ChastainSkillman | DCCM is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our water and wastewater projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple project teams, coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies, and ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Coordination: Manage multi-discipline teams, including consultants and clients, to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain open communication channels with stakeholders.
- Proposal Development: Assist in writing proposals and estimating project fees to secure new business opportunities.
- Project Planning: Oversee project planning, organization, and execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Quality Assurance: Implement QA/QC processes and meet target metrics to ensure project quality.
Requirements
- Experience: 7 years of experience in project management or technical leadership on water/wastewater/conveyance projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in water/wastewater engineering or a related field.
- Licensing: Florida PE license or ability to obtain within 3 months.
- Technical Skills: Experience with master planning, sanitary sewer collection systems, water distribution, and treatment systems.
